Energy Balls

Easy and yummy sweet treat
Prep Time 30 minutes
Course Snack
Servings 20 balls

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup nut butter, peanut or almond
  • 1/2 cup ground flax seed
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 tsp quinoa
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Mix all of your ingredients together in a bowl. Chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • Roll into 1 inch balls. It should make about 20 balls. I like to use a silicone mat, but you can also use parchment paper.
