Energy Balls
Easy and yummy sweet treat
Prep Time 30 minutes mins
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup nut butter, peanut or almond
- 1/2 cup ground flax seed
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 tsp quinoa
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Mix all of your ingredients together in a bowl. Chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Roll into 1 inch balls. It should make about 20 balls. I like to use a silicone mat, but you can also use parchment paper.
