Simple Meal Plan

Hey Friends! I’m sharing this week’s simple meal plan! My goal is to cook simple recipes that are delicious and, right now, gluten-free. I also try to keep our groceries on a budget, which has been a little difficult lately, but it’s always the goal. I hope our weekly simple meal plan can help make meal planning a little easier for your home! 🙂

Breakfasts, Lunches, and Snacks

Breakfasts are oatmeal and bars. Lunches are a spread of different things, but normally a mixture of lunch meat, salami, carrots, cucumbers, bell peppers, hummus, apples, blueberries, sweet potato chips. Snacks are normally apples or some type of fruit.

Dinners

Monday: Chicken Sheet Pan. This is a new recipe, but it had great reviews!

Tuesday: Spaghetti. I’ll have spaghetti squash for myself to make it gluten-free. You can also serve a salad to round out this meal a little more.

Wednesday: Chinese Pork Wraps. Another new recipe. I have some frozen ground pork to use and I think this will be a great way!

Thursday: Tacos and Black Beans. I normally make beef tacos, but this is a fancier shrimp taco recipe, if you’d like to try it! Set out chips and salsa as an appetizer while you cook.

Friday: Korean Beef Bowls. We’ve had this several times and it’s a favorite.

Saturday: Roman Chicken over Rice. This is a repeater and a favorite here.

Sunday: Aldi Pizza. Aldi is a grocery store around here and they have yummy take and bake pizzas that are delicious and also have a cauliflower crust option that we love.

Until Next Time!!

I hope you enjoy our simple meal plan and have a great week! Which meal are you most looking forward to? For me, it’s always the Roman Chicken! My kids would probable say the pizza!
